Sami Yüksel Hukuk ve Danışmanlık is an Istanbul-based law firm advising corporate and private clients on commercial law, corporate law and dispute resolution. The firm acts for Turkish and foreign companies across Türkiye, with a particular focus on companies leading their own sectors.
The team works in Turkish, English and German. Matters involving a foreign element — cross-border contracts, international commercial disputes and inbound investment into Türkiye — are handled directly by the firm.
Publications
The firm’s consultant holds a doctorate from Istanbul University and spent a year as a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Germany, funded by a TÜBİTAK scholarship. Two books, six peer-reviewed articles and two book chapters have been published to date.
